What we collect

Booking details (name, email, phone, the places you give us, notes), payment confirmation from our payment provider (we never store card numbers), and application details if you apply to become a Butler.

Why we use it

To deliver the assistance you booked, to contact you about it, to issue your Mobility Eco Bonus voucher, to process Butler applications, and to comply with Italian and EU law.

Sharing

Your name, phone and meeting details are shared with the Butler assigned to your booking. Payment data is handled by our payment provider. Bookings made through a partner’s branded version of the service are shared with that partner.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to processing. Email [privacy address to be confirmed]. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Retention

Booking records are kept for 10 years for tax purposes. Butler applications are kept for 12 months unless you join us.
